I'm not receiving emails.


I did not receive an email, such as sign up email, withdrawal confirmation email or other system email.


Solution 1:

Check your email junk/spam folder to see if the email has been marked as junk mail.

Solution 2:

If you are using @hotmail, @outlook.com or @live.com email; Microsoft often blocks a wider range of emails, and so you should add us to your "Safe Sender" list.

To do this go to your account settings: https://outlook.live.com/owa/?path=/options/safesenderslist

And add the following email addresses to your Safe List:

If you are using a private email server, contact your server admin and check your server logs to find filter which is block emails.
